Change-money back-after sale

In case you're not satisfied with one article ordered you have 3 possibilities :

Exchange/swap, Credit note, Repayment.

If you want to change your article or get a credit note (one year validity) : you have 15 days maximum after receiving your order to send us back the product.

If you want your money back : you have 7days maximum after receiving your order to send us back the product.

---> Exception : for presents and christmas time the delay for changing can be longer!

The article has to be : new, clean, undamaged and unwashed.

In the parcel please add a message with the number of your order, your name, the reason, and what you want (Exchange/swap, Credit note, Money back).
